Our fees are fixed and transparent so if you are looking to set up a regulated business in the UK you should consider obtaining a quote from us. We do not charge any fees upfront. We charge 50% of our fees after the application is prepared and submitted to FCA and the remaining 50% is only payable once your application has been approved.
We also insist that all new clients obtain references before starting the application process. For this reason, prior to the signing of our engagement letter, we will provide you with the contact details of the number of our clients who have already gone through the application process with us. This will enable you to obtain an impartial reference.
